The Story: In the past (and perhaps still so nowadays), such elegant and perfumed style of Barbaresco is sadly been seen as not typical Barbaresco, therefore Montersino was used only as blend cuvée before. It is only in recent year that the sister-team of Albino Rocca decide to make Montersino a single vineyard to show the unique terroir of this special vineyard.
