In an age when elegance is valued as much as power, reference producers like Domaine Gallety have firmly put Côtes du Vivarais on the radar of wine lovers. Alain Gallety and his son David Alexandre's estate worked organically since early 1980s and has been regarded as one of the pinnacle estates in Southern Rhone.
Gallety's high altitude wines are legendary, especially their flagship wine "Ligure Rouge". To give you an idea, the yield of this wine is 8 hl/ha... now compare that with the average 38 hl/ha in the region!

These are wines with modest alcohol levels (12.5% for the white, 13.5% for Cuvee Gallety and Cuvee Emma), but elegantly packed with flavours and substances.
