Collection: Veneto: Nicolis

Nicolis is found in 1951 and have been practicing organic farming since then. Most of their in 42-hectare vineyard is located in Valpolicella Classico zone, and partly in San Pietro. The winery is run by Giuseppe Nicolis, the second generation of the family. Natural yeast are used in wine making.
