With just 10 acres of vines and an annual production of only 25,000 to 30,000 bottles, Le Guaite di Noemi is a true micro‑estate. Every bottle is crafted with obsessive care, from hand‑harvesting to extended ageing in Slavonian oak. Her flagship Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is a powerhouse, reaching 17% alcohol through the traditional appassimento method (drying grapes on mats). The 2012 vintage earned 94 points from Falstaff, praised for its intense dark fruit, spice, and velvety texture.

Her Valpolicella Ripasso is equally stunning: the 2013 vintage scored an incredible 95 points from Falstaff, a rare achievement for this category. And beyond the classic reds, Noemi hides a treasure: a traditional‑method sparkling wine made from the local white grape Durello, aged on lees and disgorged to order, which critics call "a hidden gem".
