In Molise, vineyards stretch from the Adriatic coast in the east to Isernia in the interior, with hilly locations up to 600 meters above sea level.

We are very proud to bring Claudio Cipressi's wine from Molise to HK, including some aged red that is perfect to enjoy now. Claudio starts his dream in 1998 to grow Molise native grapes. Now he has 16 hectares of organic certified vineyard located on the slopes of San Felice del Molise, growing Falanghina and Trebbiano for white, and Monetpulciano and Tintilia for red.

Only 5% of the whole Molise wine production has a DOC, while the rest 95% are labelled as IGT mostly for the bulk market. Being the first and the hardest working person to promote Molise native grapes, Claudio Cipressi has made himself the face of the region, and his wines the most sought after gem.
