Refund policy

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be provided. We strongly advise customer to examine the wines immediately upon delivery. 

For a wrongly dispatched product, you must retain the product in its complete condition and contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange the exchange. 

For a corked bottle, you must retain the product in its complete condition and contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Exchange or return is only available for items below $800, or less than 10 years old, at our complete discretion. Collection fee will apply, if we collect.

Promotional items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Incorporation and Hierarchy

The stipulations regarding delivery, payment, and fulfillment detailed in this policy are supplemental to, and are hereby expressly incorporated into, our standard Terms and Conditions.

Together, this policy and the Main Terms constitute the entire agreement between the buyer and DECO Wines Limited. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the provisions of this Return and Refund Policy and the Main Terms shall prevail regarding return and refund matters, while the Main Terms shall govern all other aspects of the transaction.
