Erbaluce di Caluso is the only DOCG in Piedmont where its sparkling wine, still white wine and dessert wine are all under DOCG classification. Think even globally, this is a very rare example of how a white grape can perform all-roundedly in a broad-spectrum style of wine. Riesling and Erbaluce.

We are pleased to present you the fantastic Erbaluce Trio from the winery Cieck. Cieck is widely regarded as the reference Erbaluce producer (*** in Ian d'Agata's Native Wine Grapes of Italy) and its founder Remo Falconieri is known as the father of Erbaluce Metodo Classico in the region.

Erbaluce is a grape with high acidity, riesling-like fruit concentration and high extracts. It has unique flavours of mountain herbs and mint.
