Collection: Trentino-Alto Adige: ORO ROSSO

ORO ROSSO is the creation of Cembra Cantina di Montagna, a cooperative found in 1952 from Trentino, the province across Italian-Austrian broader. The cooperative is situated in Cembra Valley, where we find the most significant European basin of porphyry (斑岩), which gives the wines a certain sapidity, minerality and extraordinary persistence.

ORO ROSSO is a pair of sparkling wines from Trento DOC. Along with Franciacorta, Trento DOC is widely regarded as the best sparkling wine regions in Italy. Trento enjoys a warmer growing climate when compared to Champagne. These wines are higher in fruit concentration, perfect for the zero dosage style.
