Sits on granite soils, despite the name, and on a very steep site. Pinot blanc, single site.
Very fragrant and energetic wine, almost sharing some DNA with chenin blanc in lemon, cucumber, saline notes and gentle nutty elements. Lemony flavours, soft but vibrant, excellent composure, stretch of flavour, crispness and vibrant, ultra-minerally finish. Serious wine, but with drinkability through the roof. A beauty.
