Grape: Malvasia Istriana
(Notes for vintage 2022)
A wine with a crystalline, almost brilliant, straw yellow color with a golden hue and a dense texture.
Its intense bouquet is reminiscent of yellow apple, mango, pineapple, orange, and lemon. Almond blossom intertwines with a delicate honey hint, white pepper, and a slight hint of butter.
Its soft taste acts slightly warm, its bright and youthful acidity expresses the mineral side of the wine. A wine of intensity, elegance, and long persistence. Flavors of tropic fruit, marzipan and white flowers are repeated in the mouth.
A Malvasia with character, which will perfectly accompany salmon and tuna, as well as sashimi and fish baked in the oven. Also great for roast chicken thighs.
