Champagne Etienne Sandrin

Let's discover the biodynamic-certified Champagne from Etienne and Anne! Production is tiny (7,000 bottles per year) and the wines have quickly become one of the most sought-after Champagnes of the region.

Celles-sur-Ource was made world famous around two decades ago by Cédric Bouchard with his "inflorescene" and "roses de Jeanne" labels. Pinot Noir is mainly planted in Celles-sur-Ource but the village is also particuarly famous for its Pinot Blanc.

Etienne Sandrin represents a new voice for the village. All wines are basket--pressed with traditional method and fermented in stainless steel tanks.  After ageing on lees, they are bottled with very low or no dosage. 

These are wines which impresses with, pristine fruit, high purity and vertical sapidity. They are gastronomic wines that need to be enjoyed with food.
