2013年,起點
一切從居家辦公室與迷你冷凍倉庫開始,那時我們只有一份純粹的熱情:想把真正值得喝的葡萄酒,帶給香港人。
2016年:香檳的革命
我們走進法國香檳產區,沒有追逐大品牌,而是牽起一群小農香檳酒莊的手。他們親自耕種、釀造,每一瓶都訴說著土地的誠實。我們用實惠的價格,讓香港酒客第一次發現:原來香檳可以不只是奢華符號,而是盛載著原始的風土。當小農香檳逐漸成為潮流,我們慶幸自己有份點燃那束小火花,並引發了香港第二輪的小農香檳熱潮。
2018年:全意大利的擁抱
我們把目光投向意大利,不限於 Tuscany 或 Piedmont,而是從北到南,踏遍每一個省份。如今,我們的意大利酒單涵蓋全國所有行政區,成為香港擁有最充足本地現貨貨源的酒商。無論是阿爾卑斯山腳下的輕盈紅酒,還是西西里島的火山白酒,你都能在這裡找到。
2020年:清酒的另類風景
當市場追逐著標準化的花果香時,我們成立了清酒部門,反其道而行。引進天然酵母發酵、古法釀造的自然清酒,以及可以陳年數十年的古酒。每一滴都打破商業清酒的想像,原來清酒可以有酸度、有層次,每一口都鮮活靈動。
2023年:尋根格魯吉亞
親自走訪葡萄酒的發源地格魯吉亞。在那些埋在地下的陶罐(Qvevri)裡,我們嚐到了六千年前的釀酒智慧。如今,多間高質量的格魯吉亞酒莊已通過我們,來到你的杯中。
2026年:無限可能
引進日本葡萄酒 (不是清酒!),而是日本土地上種植、釀造的葡萄酒。這片土地的細膩與匠心,即將在我們的酒單上綻放。
多年來,我們為德國酒正名
很多人誤解 Riesling 只是一杯甜酒。由開業至今,我們引進 Weingut Peter Lauer等先鋒酒莊,讓香港人愛上乾身 Riesling 的凌厲與礦石感,如今它已成為餐桌上的經典。我們更深入挖掘德國與奧地利的原生葡萄,如 Blaufränkisch 與 Grüner Veltliner,希望告訴大家:中歐的葡萄酒,同樣精彩絕倫。
為香港度身訂造
我們深知這座城市的濕熱氣候與配餐需要,於是我們與酒莊聯手,推出香港限定的無添糖氣酒,如Champagne Jean Vesselle 的 Zero Dosage L’Expression,以及引起瘋搶的 Weingut Peter Lauer 的無添糖氣酒。它們乾淨俐落,為香港的美饌如點心與日菜加添配餐靈感。

我們同時服務批發與零售,從收藏家酒窖裡的珍藏,到本港及澳門高級酒店與米芝蓮餐廳的酒單,都有我們的身影。
物流是我們的自豪。我們採用全冷凍國際物流,於本地設有多個冷凍倉庫與自家車隊,多倉發貨、自家配送,結合快遞網絡,只為一個目標:成為提供優質物流的酒商,讓香港人喝一口新鮮的葡萄酒。
從2013年的一個小倉庫,到2026年連結香檳、意大利、德國、格魯吉亞、日本與清酒的葡萄酒橋樑,我們不是最大的酒商,但我們是最用心說故事的那一個。每一瓶酒,都帶著一片土地的記憶,和我們堅持了十幾年的初心。

DECO: Connecting Every Wine Universe
2013: The Beginning
It all started with a home-office and a temperature-controlled mini-storage. Back then, we had nothing but pure passion: to bring truly worthwhile wines to Hong Kong.
2016: The Champagne Revolution
We stepped into the Champagne region of France. Instead of chasing big brands, we reached out to grower Champagne houses, vignerons who farm their own vines and make their own wines. Each bottle tells the honest story of the land. At fair prices, we let Hong Kong wine lovers discover for the first time that Champagne can be more than a luxury symbol, it can carry the terroir. As grower Champagne gradually became a trend, we were proud to have helped light that spark, and to have ignited the second wave of grower Champagne fever in Hong Kong.
2018: Embracing All of Italy
We turned our gaze to Italy, not just Tuscany or Piedmont, but from north to south, every single region. Today, our Italian wine list covers all 20 administrative regions, making us the importer with the most substantial local stock in Hong Kong. Whether it's a light-bodied red from the foothills of the Alps or a volcanic white from Sicily, you'll find it in DECO.
2020: A Different Landscape of Sake
While the market chased floral and fruity notes, we launched our sake department and went the opposite way. We brought in natural sakes made with wild yeast fermentation and traditional methods, as well as aged sakes that can mature for decades. Each drop shatters the conventional image of commercial sake, revealing that sake can have acidity, complexity, and a vibrant, living character in every sip.
2023: Back to Basic, Georgia
We travelled in person to Georgia, the cradle of wine. Inside those underground Qvevri, we tasted 6,000 years of winemaking wisdom. Today, high-quality Georgian wineries have made their way to your glass through us.
2026: Possibilities
We are introducing Japanese wine not sake, but still wine grown and crafted on Japanese soil. The delicacy and craftsmanship of this land are about to blossom on our list.
Over the Years: Let's Enjoy German Wine
Many people misunderstand Riesling as merely a sweet wine. Since our founding, we have brought in pioneering estates like Weingut Peter Lauer, making Hong Kong fall in love with the crispy minerality of dry Riesling. We have also delved deep into indigenous grapes of Germany and Austria, such as Blaufränkisch and Grüner Veltliner, showing everyone that Central European reds and whites can be just as spectacular.
Tailor-Made for Hong Kong
We know this city's humid, hot climate and its unique food pairing needs. So we teamed up with wineries to create Hong Kong‑exclusive zero‑dosage sparkling wines, such as Champagne Jean Vesselle's Zero Dosage L'Expression and the much sought-after zero‑dosage sparkler from Weingut Peter Lauer. Clean and crisp, they bring fresh pairing inspiration to Hong Kong's cuisine, from dim sum to Japanese dishes.

We serve both wholesale and retail. From collectors' cellars to the wine lists of top hotels and Michelin‑starred restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau, our footprint is everywhere.
Logistics is our pride. We use fully refrigerated international shipping, and locally we operate multiple temperature-controlled warehouses and our own delivery fleet. With multi‑warehouse dispatch and in‑house logistics backed by courier networks, we aim for one goal: to be a wine merchant offering quality logistics, so that Hong Kong people can enjoy fresh, vibrant wine in every glass.
From a small warehouse in 2013 to a wine bridge connecting Champagne, Italy, Germany, Georgia, Japan in 2026 – we may not be the biggest wine merchant, but we are the one that tells the story with the most heart. Every bottle carries the memory of its land, and our 初心 (original intention) that has stayed strong for over a decade.
