Located in the heart of Meursault, Domaine Eric Boigelot is a fourth-generation estate embodying the timeless elegance of Burgundy's most revered appellations. With 9 hectares of vines spanning Meursault, Monthelie, Volnay, and Pommard, the domaine crafts 42,000 bottles annually, split between whites (40%) and reds (60%), each reflecting the nuanced terroir of its storied vineyards.

Eric Boigelot is in charge of winemaking since 2022 after working in Coche Dury, Vincent Girardin, and Paul Pillot. His tenure heralds a seamless blend of tradition and meticulous craftsmanship. The estate' s old vines, many propagated through massal selection, yield fruit of exceptional concentration and complexity, particularly in their Pinot Noir, which is fully destemmed and fermented with native yeasts to preserve purity.

The whites, hailing from Meursault's limestone-rich soils, captivate with their supple textures and mineral-driven precision; while the reds, crafted from Volnay and Pommard's iron-kissed clay, exude depth and vibrant fruit intensity.
