Located in the heart of Meursault, Domaine Eric Boigelot is a fourth-generation estate embodying the timeless elegance of Burgundy's most revered appellations. With 9 hectares of vines spanning Meursault, Monthelie, Volnay, and Pommard, the domaine crafts 42,000 bottles annually, split between whites (40%) and reds (60%), each reflecting the nuanced terroir of its storied vineyards.

Charles Boigelot is in charge of winemaking since 2022 after working in Coche Dury, Vincent Girardin, and Paul Pillot. His tenure heralds a seamless blend of tradition and meticulous craftsmanship. The estate' s old vines, many propagated through massal selection, yield fruit of exceptional concentration and complexity, particularly in their Pinot Noir, which is fully destemmed and fermented with native yeasts to preserve purity.

The whites, hailing from Meursault's limestone-rich soils, captivate with their supple textures and mineral-driven precision; while the reds, crafted from Volnay and Pommard's iron-kissed clay, exude depth and vibrant fruit intensity. With a philosophy rooted in organic practices and minimal intervention, Domaine Eric Boigelot offers wines that honour Burgundy's heritage while expressing a youthful, dynamic vision. Domaine Eric Boigelot 坐落於布根地核心產區 Meursault，作為第四代家族酒莊，以 9 公頃葡萄園橫跨 Meursault、Monthelie、Volnay 與 Pommard，年產 42,000 瓶葡萄酒（40% 白酒、60% 紅酒），精準詮釋布根地頂級風土的細膩層次。

2022 年，Charles Boigelot 正式接掌釀酒重任。這位曾於 Coche Dury、Vincent Girardin 與 Paul Pillot 歷練的釀酒師，將百年傳統與現代技藝無縫交融。酒莊老藤多源自 massal selection（植株選種），尤其 Pinot Noir 果實濃縮度驚人，全程去梗並以天然酵母發酵，保留葡萄風味。

白酒源自 Meursault 石灰岩地塊，質地柔滑如絲，礦物精準度如刀鋒劃過燧石；紅酒則取材 Volnay 與 Pommard 的含鐵黏土，風味深邃飽含鮮活果力。Eric 的釀造哲學根植有機農法與低干預理念，酒液既致敬布根地千年傳統，亦透射新生代的動能視野。
