Winemaking: From different parcels in Vandières, sandstone limestone on marl. A blend of 60% vintage 2019 and 40% reserve wines from 2018 and 2012. The vase wine was aged in oak barrels. Natural yeast fermentation in both primary and secondary fermentation. Aged under crown seal during secondary fermentation. Degorged in February 2022 with 1 g/l dosage.
Grape: 60% Pinot Meunier, 40% Chardonnay
