This is a Rosé de Saignee with 24-48 hours skin maceration. The colour is ruby-like deep red, more like a red wine then a rose. The wine has beautiful acidity and structural tannin, with dry-flowers, berries and apricot on the palate. It goes well with roasted pork, fish dishes, and cha-siu.
