Grape: Mtsvane, Rkatsiteli
A blend of 2 indigenous white Georgian grape varieties: Mtsvane and Rkatsiteli, 30% of the wine is fermented with skin contact for 4 months. Straw lemon colour. Toasty, spicy aromas of vanilla, melon, fig, and herbs. Medium-bodied, very attractive and complete, with fruits of spiced apple, melon, tropical fruits, and citrus. With a quiet energy, it leads to a medium finish. An ideal wine for roasted chicken, chicken satay and chicken skewers. Only 1,400 bottles are made.
