Only the best grapes from an old vine vineyard are selected to make this flagship wine, only release in exceptional vintage. Ruby red in colour, with elegant nose of wild berries, licorice, leather, and tobacco. The palate is intense and warm, with very fine tannin with a long finish.
Vine Age: over 40 years
Winemaking: The grapes are left to mature indoor until end of November. Long maceration on the skins is followed, before ageing in oak barrels for over 12 months.
