Grape: Pinot Noir
Brilliant, light pink color with a copper tint. Numerous, tiny, and fairly lasting pearls glow playfully in the glass.
Highlighted aromas express raspberry, currant, red orange, and pomegranate. This is followed by pleasant perceptions revealing hints of the wine matured in barrique intertwined with autolytic perceptions. Aromas of brittle dough, vanilla, almonds, butter, bread crust, and the finish is reminiscent of Mediterranean herbs.
The wine is bone-dry but offers plenty of softness. Its freshness is youthful, followed by a minerality that balances the taste. An intense wine with accentuated elegance and with just the right structure to call for another glass. In the mouth, it offers a long-lasting aftertaste with perceptions of red orange and wild strawberry tart.
It can be drunk on its own, but it will be elegantly accompanied by salmon tartar, chickpea hummus, various ceviche dishes, sashimi, nigiri or nori sushi, or avocado-based dishes.
