Historic and very rare dessert wine, coming from a non-aromatic vine, typical of the Chieri side of the Turin hill. The grape Cari was brought to Italy by the Savoys at the beginning of the 17th century: it totally disappeared in France and was almost endangered also in Piedmont. A little jewel capable of elegantly combining most desserts, without the mix being cloying.
