Grape: Nero d’Avola, Syrah, Perricone
Winemaking: The Perricone grapes were air-dried for 10 days. Fermented with 10 days skin maceration in stainless steel tanks. Aged 5 months on lees.
Tasting notes: The nose smells of cherry, black mulberry and plum. On the palate it is intense, slightly spicy, and pleasantly persistent, with a good tannic texture and a precise closing of the mouth.
