Erbaluce from Misobolo, the most famous single vineyard of Erbaluce. This is a historic vineyard that is over 50 years old and embraces the hill of San Giorgio, 320 metres above sea level. There is still one plot within the vineyard with ungrafted vines over 100 years old. The wine was fermented in stainless steel followed by 12 months aging on lees.
