Cesanese d'Affile from 15 to 80 years old vines planted on volcanic clay, silt and sand. The grapes were destemmed and spent 20 days on maceration and natural yeast fermentation. Aged in oak for six months, then one year in concrete and 1 month in 54 liters glass demjohn for refinement.
