Grape: Corvina 35%, Rondinella 20%, Corvinone 35%, other grapes 10% (Oseletta, Croatina).
Winemaking: Grapes were air-dried for 1 month (appassimento), then cryomacerated, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tank. Matured in second pass french oak barriques for 36 months.
Bouquet: notes of ripe cherry, blue berry, redcurrant, black plum, grass, violets
Palate: smooth and seducitve, with an appealing sapidity and an optimal acidity and frank notes of ripe fruits and spices.
Food pairings: it goes perfectly with many kinds of food such as pasta, risotto, roast beef, soft and medium-aged cheeses.
