Spontaneous thermo-conditioned in steel for up to three weeks. Maturation for 24 to 30 months in large Slavonian oak barrels followed by at least 9 months in bottle. Soft and less tannic than the Riserva the Brunello has intense color, broad aromas with notes of red berries. On the palate it gives a well-balanced body with tannins well blended into the structure, ensuring elegance and longevity. Goes well with red meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.
