Floral and dominated with green and yellow fruits on the nose, fresh and approachable. Vibrant and intense in the mouth, expanding, saline and nutty. Long finish.

Wine making: Fermented on natural yeast in large French oak barrels. Aged 72 months on lees. Dosage 1.5 g/l for 2015 vintage.
