A white sparkling wine from Asprino, trained on 15 meters high trees with the traditional Alberata training system. The grape Asprino is genetically identical with Greco.
This wine is made by the Metodo Martinotti method and aged on lees in auto-clave for 50 days.

What is Metodo Martinotti?
In this method, still wines are placed in stainless steel tank, and the secondary fermentation occurred under pressured when the tank is sealed. This production method minimize the lees contact time and surface area, and therefore preserves varietal flavours of the wines.
