Hanatomoe NEW, Junmai Ginjo, Muroka Nama Genshu 花巴 NEW 純米吟釀 無濾過 生原酒 (last 2 bottles!)

Call it lemonade for grown-ups. This was made, like all Hanatomoe sake, with natural yeasts, and though it is genshu (undiltues), it clocks in at a gentle 15% abv. Brewer Teruaki Hashimoto calls it a sipper for a summer's day.
