Grape: Pinot Noir (Pinot Fin)
Winemaking: Fruits were harvested over a month long period. Early-harvested fruits were mostly destemmed and late-harvested fruits were mostly left whole-cluster. Punch down was by foot and the wine was aged for 20 months in old Burgundian barrels.
