Operation Hours
Our business hours is Monday-Friday, from 12:00-5:00. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays. We do not offer pick-up or retail service.

Payment
Payment can be made online by credit card.

Outlying Islands, and some areas in The New Territories are not covered. Some areas are only covered by certain days a week, and certain time slot a day. Estimated time slot is only for reference. Please contact us before you place an order should a clarification is needed.

Delivery takes up to 7 working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, or more. We shall contact you to arrange on a delivery date and estimated time slot. If there is no one to collect the delivery, an additional delivery charge for the rescheduled delivery will apply.

We offer free delivery to one single location for purchase over $2,200. For purchase below $2,200, a delivery charge of $250 will apply.
