Production: 863 bottles made; 100% De-stemmed. Cold Mecerations for 3 weeks; Zero SO2 added, natural yeast fermentation
Tasting notes: Pale ruby red. Fresh red fruits with soft acidity. Served at a slightly cool-er temperature (13-15°C)
