Grape: 100% Tsolikouri
Made from the white grape variety Tsolikouri, a native grape from Imereti region in western Georgia. Fermented in Qvevri. Pale straw colour. A light petillance is evident, with notes of limestone, green tea, and green plums. Light-bodied, with soft fruit. Complete on the palate with delicate energy, subtle fruits, and a limestone finish. This wine has surprising length offering great pleasure to geeks and to the casual wine drinker. An ideal wine for seafood carpaccio, seafood platter, steamed fish and any seafood dishes.
