Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 14 months in 350-liter oak barrels. This wine represents a challenge that Jurij Fiore, a professional winemaker trained in Burgundy, posed to himself, in this case measuring himself against grapes entirely of Bordeaux origin. The results are simply excellent: a wine that is refined and complex in aroma, and suave, velvety, and austere on the palate.
