Nuances de Cornoie is the picture of the terroir of Villenauxe La Grande through different blends. The variation of this cuvée in a 100% Pinot Noir blend comes from the wines of the 2018 harvest, the year in which the Pinots de Villenauxe proved to be exceptional.
Made from the most complex juices from the Fontaine and Les Colères plots, vinification is carried out half in demi-muid and half in stainless steel vats, followed by aging on lees for 9 months before bottling.
Nuances de Cornoie is a champagne of pleasure, which will accompany a wide choice of dishes.
