Grapes are undestemmed and pressed, and fermented with controlled temperature. Aged in large stainless steel tanks for nine months. Clear notes of aromatic herbs and flowers with hints of white fruit and a spicy touch of white pepper. Fresh, intense, persistent with evident mineral notes. Balanced and aromatic.
