Grape Variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Wine making: Organic since 2008, certified in 2017. Late harvest (in the middle of October), 10 weeks maceration and malolactic fermentation under skins. Aged in 1,000 Liters large barrel for 4 years and then 2 years in the bottle. No sulphites addition during fermentation and maceration.
Production Volume: 1,283 bottles in 2011, never before, never again
