Collection: Champagne Nowack

We are proud to introduce our new Champagne grower Flavien Nowack and his cuvees to you.

Each year, Domaine Nowack makes only 10,000 bottles of top class Champagne from the village Vandières in Vallée de la Marne. Champagne Nowack is famous for its biodynamic philosophy and being a specialist in Pinot Meunier. Flavien's creation are very rare examples of Champagne which uses grape-must to initiate the secondary fermentation (instead of adding additional yeast to the bottle). In other words, these wines are 100% fermented with native yeast.
