"Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business"

New Journey of Ruche

"Magical and mysterious, but unforgettable" - Enza Cavallero, famous Piedmont wine writer
"A unique flowery nose that can only be found in white wine" - Debra Meiburg MW

DECO brings Ruchè to Hong Kong since 2012, and is the first wine importer who draws public attentions toward this ancient and magical grape of Piedmont.

Ruchè is a unique grape. In the right hands, it makes wine with a very aromatic bouquet (like a Gewürztraminer), while the palate is structural and tannic like a Nebbiolo. The Dacapo winery is based in Castagnole Monferrato, holding one of the best Ruchè vineyard called "Majoli". The Dacapo follows natural philosophy, making human intervention as less as possible. Fermentation takes place in steel so that the grape can express itself fully. The result is a Ruchè showing its most original characteristic, with fine acidity like Nebbiolo and a silky texture like a Pinot Noir! The Dacapo wines are rarely exported and are enjoyed by the locals from Castagnole Monferrato.

Let's get into the heart of Castagnole Monferrato and taste the most natural and original Ruchè by Dacapo!
