Grown on chalk soils, Chardonnays of this cuvée express freshness and finesse with a pale golden color with fine, persistent effervescence. The nose is fine, with the elegance of white flowers, hints of pear and grilled notes. On the palate, the wine is complex and lively and speaks with richness and elegance of white fruit and floral notes. A fresh champagne with great smoothness and great aromatic intensity.
Grape: Chardonnay
Winemaking: 90% cuvee 10% Taille, vinified in stainlees steel tanks (80%) and barrel (20%). Aged 30 months on lees and disgorged manually with zero dosage.
