Brachetto is an aromatic grape, and Almondo's Fosso della Rosa is made in its traditional style: off dry, low alcohol, and slightly fizzy. The bubbles making the wine even intense on the nose.
The soil is 70% sand, 15% limestone and 15% clay, and the grapes were cold macerated for 5 days. Serve this sparkling rosato wine at 10°C with fruit or chocolate based dessert!
