Soil: Red and white marl with limestone topsoil, from Vincelles and Ste-Agnes

Annual Production: 5,000 bottles
Vinification: 100% whole bunch fermentation for 10 days in stainless steel tanks. Careful pressing and then put into 225 liter old oak barrels for ageing. Bottled in August 2019. No sulfites added.
