Rebosso is aged on the lees in stainless steel and cement vats. The palate is full of yellow fruits and minerals. Fresh, expressive and well balanced, it is a pleasant wine for light meal and seafood.
Vermentino yields the best results in poorly fertile soils and has good tolerance to salty marine winds... a perfect description of the terroir of Liguria! In fact, there are 22 DOCs of Vermentino in Italy and 6 of them are in Liguria. Because of the long ageing on lees, Rebosso has greater texture and richness than many of its neighbours', its high salinity perfect for many wine and food pairings.
