The flapship wine of Rivetto. Cru Briccolina is on the same ridge and a natural extension of Cru Ornato and Cru Falletto. This is a South-West, West facing vineyard, extremely clayey and calcareous, with a strong marl presence at 2 meters deep. The wine underwent 50 days skin maceration, half of the wines with submerged cap, the other half with floating cap. Aged large Slavonian oak barrels for 3 years and extended time in bottles before release.
