
Nose of butter scotch, toffee, oxidize tone of honey and baked apple. Refine peach and remain golden apple acid, great concentration with no heaviness. Long finish.
Blend: Pinot Noir from Landreville, Chevrey, Neuville-sur-Seine and Pinot Blanc from Celles-sur-Ouce "Le Champ du Clos"
Winemaking: Aged on lees for 17 years, bottled in May 2022 without dosage.
