
This boutique sparkling is a tribute to Etruscan culture, which flourished in Central Italy from 8th to 3rd century BC. To make land use economical, the Etruscan grow vines on tall trees so land surface can be used for farming.
The grapes from this Asprinio d'Aversa are grew on trees that are 30 metres tall. The workers use a ladder with 30 (trenta in Itlian) rungs to take care of the vine daily.
